Award of $1,000 for undergraduate research on the psychology of religion and spirituality.
Award of $3,000 to support and stimulate Early Career Faculty and postdocs (i.e., less than 10 years post terminal degree, e.g., PhD) to conduct research on the psychology of religion and spirituality.
Award of $3,000 to support and stimulate Mid-Career Faculty (i.e., 10 or more years as a faculty member) to conduct research on the psychology of religion and spirituality.
Grants are administered each spring. All applicants must be members of Division 36. It is hoped that recipients of awards will present their work in Division 36 programming at a future conference, such as at the annual APA conference or the Division 36 Midyear Conference. Funds will not include conference travel costs. There will, however, be a few travel stipends available to select student awardees.
