If you have a grievance related to Division 36 (including but not limited to the listserv), you can email the Ombudspeople:
daniel.balva@outlook.com, adamcohen@asu.edu, or elizabeth.mancuso@pepperdine.edu.
In your email, please describe the nature of your grievance and what remedy you are seeking (what we can do to help). Please feel free to email anonymously if you feel that is necessary, such as by using features in your email program. Note that this will limit our ability to respond to you directly.
The Ombuds committee will discuss your grievance and your requested remedy and respond as soon as feasible.
If you are not satisfied with the response of the Ombuds committee, you can escalate the issue to Div 36 leadership, as is appropriate to the particular issue you are concerned about. Charlotte McAdams is the current executive officer of the division (cmcadams98@gmail.com).
